Since 1975, we have specialized in the production of dermocosmetic, health and beauty products, serving sectors such as pharmacy, hairdressing, aesthetics and perfumery.

Valquer Laboratories continuously invests in innovation to develop and manufacture high-quality dermocosmetic products. In 2010, a new automated plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology was opened, allowing us to produce up to 15 million kg of cosmetics and haircare products annually. Laboratory

We have our own R&D&I laboratory equipped with advanced technology for the development and testing of innovative cosmetic formulas. From stability and compatibility studies to microbiological analyses and efficacy tests, the entire process is carried out with the highest scientific rigor and aligned with the latest market trends.

Manufacturing

We have more than 10 stainless reactors ranging from 80 kg to 6,000 kg, designed to guarantee maximum compatibility and quality in the production of dermocosmetic products and solid cosmetics such as shampoos and solid gels.

Packaging

We have specialized lines for aluminum and plastic tubes, filling machines for ampoules and vials, and dosing equipment for large-scale production of cosmetics, shampoos, and gels. Additionally, we have independent lines for perfumes and colognes, as well as machines for sachet-type packaging.

Logistics

We have a professional logistics department that processes orders to over 70 countries with a commitment to dispatch within 24 hours. We manage the stock and storage of more than a thousand finished product references in-house, ensuring fast, safe, and efficient delivery throughout all stages of shipping. In addition, the recent expansion of our facilities strengthens our logistics capacity and improves the organization of production and distribution.

Auxiliary Equipment

They include purified water treatment systems, reverse osmosis, and descaling units, as well as melting and fusion boilers, ensuring that each product is manufactured under the strictest quality standards in cosmetics and dermopharmacy.

At Valquer Laboratories, we are committed to sustainability and environmental care. Since June 2021, we produce all our natural dermocosmetic products using up to 80% green energy from solar panels. Our environmental measures include:
